Building as research

We treat early builds as research instruments, not products. The goal isn't to ship — it's to learn. Every prototype answers a specific question: does this workflow hold? Does this pricing model create the right incentives? Does this architecture scale to the edge cases that killed the incumbent?

When conviction arrives

Conviction isn't a moment. It's a gradient. It builds as each assumption gets tested and survives. By the time we commit to a full build, we've already invalidated the most dangerous unknowns.
